Every all-ages community we cover in Sussex County — 182 in all, with the age-restricted ones left out. They are sorted into the three corridors Sussex agents actually use: east of Route 1, between Route 1 and Route 113, and west of Route 113. Within each corridor they are grouped by town.

East of Route 1
The beach side of Route 1 — Lewes, Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany and Fenwick, plus the pockets of Milton and Milford that sit east of the highway. Closest to the ocean and the bays, and the shortest drive to the boardwalks. 31 communities.
