Francine was able to piece together options that fit our needs and budget which amazes me to this day as we were so indecisive due to our apprehensions. We further complicated Francine’s job by frequently changing our minds regarding builders, style, community and budget; simply, because we didn’t know ourselves. Being the consummate professional, Francine was able to mitigate our apprehension and ambivalence because she understood them well through her own personal experience. Emboldened by the information, guidance, compassion and yes patience offered by Francine, we now had the confidence to pull the trigger. Francine told us she would be with us throughout the process, and so it was no surprise to see her by our side on settlement day. Daunting yes, but we never felt alone!

Helping a family member sell their DE home and was referred to Amy Kellenberger of Active Adults. Amy and Joann were incredibly responsive as well as accommodating (I live in NJ) the entire process. Most of the DE homes in the area had been on the market for several months. Amy and her team jumped into action on short notice and had showings within a few days and offers in a few days. I'm usually very leary in requesting information online, but I definetly made the right decision with contacting Active Adults Realty. Ann was wonderful to work with. We vacationed in DE, but finding your retirement home is a different matter. Ann patiently took us to many communities around the state and by asking our likes and dislikes narrowed down our chosen destination.
