55+ Communities in Delaware
Every age-restricted community in Delaware that we cover, all 54 of them, from Rehoboth Beach to Wilmington. Age-restricted means the community itself sets an age requirement, usually that one resident be 55 or older.
Delaware has fewer of these than most people expect. The great majority of communities here are open to all ages, and plenty of them are built with retirees in mind without carrying an age restriction at all — those are on our all-ages page. If you want to see everything side by side, start with all Delaware communities.
