The Villas sit inside the Preserve at Robinson Farms, off Robinson Road in southern New Castle County, between Middletown and Townsend.

The homes are new single-family homes built by Handler Homes, sold to order or as finished homes.
Floor plans: 2026 listings show the Delray, the Lakeland II, the Pembrooke II, the Whitfield Ranch and the two-story Whitfield.
Layout: the ranch plans put the primary suite, the kitchen and the living space on one floor. The Whitfield adds a loft upstairs that can be finished as another bedroom.
Size: 2026 listings run from about 1,900 to about 2,800 square feet, with two or three bedrooms plus a study or loft, and two-car garages.
Basement: some plans have a full basement and some offer one as an option. Ask which ones before you choose a plan.
Recent prices: 2026 listings ran from about $442,000 to about $505,000 before options and lot premiums.
