What the fee covers: listings describe grounds and common area maintenance, the clubhouse, and the security gate.
Recent figures: 2026 listings show $400 a month. One 2026 sale showed $258 a month, so confirm the figure for the specific home.
At settlement: expect a one-time contribution to the association, shown on the resale certificate or the builder's contract.
