Locked increases: a 2026 listing says the community offers lease options that lock the yearly increases for 15 years. Ask us for the terms in writing.
What it covers: the land, lawn care, snow removal, trash and recycling, yard waste, sewer service and use of the clubhouse and pool.
Your rights: Delaware has a law that governs lot rent increases in communities like this one. Read the lease before you commit.

Everyday errands: Food Lion in south Dover, and Redner's and Walmart on Route 13 in Camden.
