What the fees cover: the clubhouse, pool and courts, the common areas, lawn mowing, mulching beds, trimming bushes, and snow removal on the roads and driveways.
At settlement: expect a one-time capital contribution to the association, shown on the resale certificate.
The rules: the declaration sets the age rule and the rules on exterior changes.
