Residents enjoy shared amenities including a dog park, bocce ball court, horseshoe court, and an indoor pool. Together they form the combined homeowners association that hosts many activities from pot luck dinners to bingo and game day in our shared community building. All residents also share in the outdoor pool and playground located at Colonial East Community on Route 1 near midway. A great place to call home!
