This was my first out-of-state move, and they were recommended by a friend who had also recently moved to Delaware. Ingrid and Judy went above and beyond to ensure that the process went as smoothly and easily as possible for me. No matter what questions or worries I had, they responded quickly and always managed to put me at ease. While house hunting, Ingrid seemed to understand what I really wanted even before I did and directed me to the perfect house in the perfect location and was there for me from beginning to end. I honestly can't imagine having gone through this process without them!

He is very knowledgeable and a patient man. When we finally were ready to pull the trigger he was in France but that did not stop him from getting the ball rolling and getting us to contract!! My experience with Bill and Active Adults Realty was outstanding. When we first met Bill, I was impressed by his knowledge of the community that we were selling our home in and other homes in the community. He really seemed to know what he was talking about. Further, I found him to be an excellent communicator. He backed his opinions up by explaining where other homes in the community were priced and was able to compare our property with the others intelligently. Bill and his company were able to get us prospects and we were always notified prior to the visits. Bill was always available when I called.
