Kathy and Bill figured out what we were looking for and presented an ideal property. They helped us through the entire process working late several evenings without complaint. When we wanted to add solid hardwood to the four year old home we had made our offer on, Bill knew the brand, style and color of the flooring that was already in the house and recommended a contractor who was able to complete the installation between closing and the delivery we had already scheduled with our movers. Everything worked well and the new floor in our master bedroom was ready. I can't say enough about how helpful and knowledgeable the entire Active Adults Realty team proved to be, making our move go as planned.

We have just returned from our second visit looking at properties with Active Adults Realty and exploring the Bethany Beach and Ocean View area.
