Judy Robinson

Our top notch Office Manager and Settlement Coordinator, Judy Robinson is an expert in managing our day to day operations, handling administrative functions and coordinating our Active Adults Realty ® real estate transactions. With years of experience in the real estate business, Judy works with both our buyers and sellers to ensure that each real estate transaction is stress free and enjoyable.

Involved in all steps of the real estate transaction process including coordinating with home inspectors, lenders, banks and/or attorneys to schedule closings, Judy ensures that local, state and federal requirements are met and that all paperwork is in order to close the transaction.

She is the voice who answers our phone when you call the Savannah Road office. She provides support to our Agents during the sales process including photocopying documents, scheduling closing dates and securing other information as needed. In addition, she processes all of the listings for the MLS and maintains our listing inventory.

Judy schedules listing showings; creates documents, spreadsheets and presentations and answers routine inquiries from clients, agents, attorneys and more. Judy is a great multi-tasker, problem solver and our right-hand rock star. We are glad to have her on our Team.
