Schell Brothers set out to create a community that promotes interaction and activity. Right off the main Kona Drive is a community garden set next to amenities like the outdoor pool and pool house, grill stations, pickleball courts, playground, and designated fenced-in dog park. Toward the back near the wetlands is a serene zen garden and at the center of the entire community is a large pond with fountains. The main appeal of Marlin Chase is its proximity to the beaches. Just on the other side of the natural wetlands sits the golden sand and inviting waters of the East Coast. To get closer to the action, you’ll head south on RTE 357 to Atlantic Avenue, which leads to the beaches on the east and plenty of eateries scattered in both directions. Bethany Town Center at the end of Atlantic Avenue offers a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Lovers of the outdoors will want to explore the James Farm Ecological Preserve and spend some time at John West Park, Fenwick Island State Park, and Holts Landing State Park.
