Construction hours: site work and deliveries only from 7am to 6pm on weekdays and 8am to 2pm on Saturday, never on Sunday.
Sidewalks: on at least one side of every internal street.

Ironhook Harbor and Grayrock Preserve

Two approved communities share Wilson Road, about a mile apart on opposite sides.
Ironhook Harbor: 165 lots on 100.54 acres, GR zoning, a standard layout, 1.65 lots per acre, in a zone that permits 10,000 square foot lots. Pool, bath house, playground and dog park.
Grayrock Preserve: 94 lots on 47.48 acres, AR-1 cluster layout, about 1.98 lots per acre, lots of at least 7,500 square feet, with 53 percent of the site kept as open space. Walking trails and play equipment, no pool in the county conditions.
The difference: GR zoning permits 10,000 square foot lots in a standard layout across the whole site. The AR-1 cluster at Grayrock allows lots as small as 7,500 square feet grouped closer together, so more of the land stays open.
Read our Grayrock Preserve page, or call 302-549-5164 and we will compare the two for you.
