Perfect for anyone looking for an “East of Route 1” address, Showfield will offer building lots ranging from 15,033 to 23,088 square feet, averaging .44 acres. There will be 32 building lots available in the 1st Phase at Showfield, and natural gas available at all home sites. Lots are selling, right out-of-the-gate.
