Lewes Crossing has one homeowners association that runs the clubhouse, pool and common areas.
What the fees cover: the clubhouse, fitness center, pool, trails and common areas, plus lawn mowing for each home, according to a 2024 listing.
Recent figures: a March 2026 listing showed an HOA fee of about $286 a month.
At settlement: a one-time capital contribution may be due to the association. It is shown on the resale certificate.
