Every home in Kindleton is a single-family home built by Lennar between 2020 and 2023. The builder has finished, so every sale now is a resale.
Size: listings show about 2,100 to 3,200 square feet, with three or four bedrooms.
Layouts: both one-story plans and two-story plans with the owner's suite on the first floor. Plan names seen on listings include the Chesapeake, the Southport and the Tidewater.
Garages and lots: two-car garages on lots of about 0.22 to 0.25 acres, with irrigated lawns on the listings we have seen.
Construction: slab and crawl space foundations, no basements.
Recent prices: 2025 and 2026 listings have run from about $565,000 to about $680,000.
