This, the 3rd Annual Shining Star Award Ceremony, recognizes the exceptional work in real estate and service provided by members of the Active Adults Realty Team. Al Willis joined Active Adults Realty in March of 2013 with no prior residential real estate experience. However, Al had a solid business background and 30 years managing facilities and commercial real estate for Washington-based defense contractors. His broad experience covered all aspects of acquisition, managing workplace resources and disposition of real property. Having relocated several times himself, Al is well attuned to the stress of relocating to a new area, especially at or near retirement age. Al has gone from Rookie of the Year in 2013 to the Top Producer in 2015, closing the Most Transactions and the most buyer sides this year.
Debbie Shearer HIGHEST CONVERSION RATE TOP LISTING AGENT
Debbie came on board with Active Adults Realty in February 2012 when she relocated to Delaware from Maryland, like so many of our clients are doing. In less than 3 years, Debbie Shearer moved from the Rising Star to the Super Star and now she is one of our top performers. In 2014, Debbie doubled her performance over the previous year and this year again she increased her closed transactions by 57% more than last year. Equally important this year, Debbie is our Top Listing Agent and had the Highest Conversion Rate of leads to closed transactions, a critical component of real estate in todays online world.

Linda Chick joined Kathy and Bills Team even before they opened Active Adults Realty in late 2011. Donna Beck joined Active Adults Realty in June 2015 and has already proven to be a great addition to our Team. Donna received this years Most Tenacious Award. She is very patient and enjoys taking the time necessary with her clients to find their next home, believing that a home purchase is the largest purchase most of us ever make. Beck believes, Because I am willing to take that time with my clients (even the ones who take a year or two to make the move), I find that through this home buying process, many of my buyers have also become my friends. Donna spent 13 years in California real estate prior to relocating to Delaware in 2012 to be closer to her family, something she has in common with many of her Buyer Clients.

Robert "Bob" Greason is the newest member of our brokerage and comes to Active Adults Realty fromWestchester County, New York and a 25 year career in the title insurance industry. Bob has outstanding interprsonal skills and provides our Boomers Buyers very personalized service in the search for a retirement place in Delaware. Bob relocated from White Plains, New York in June 2012, settling in Ocean View where he earned his real estate license. Known in the industry as a learned, "hands-on" professional, Bob chose a Boomer career in real estate and has earned the award for being our Most Enthusiastic Agent.
