When asked to “picture” autumn, many people will describe goblets of red wine alongside comforting dinners and fiery orange, yellow and burgundy mums decorating our doorsteps. But if you live in Delaware’s rural or waterside communities there’s also a wonderful feeling as you notice the golden softening of the light, the feel of cool breezes on your face and the exciting array of activities and events happening every day. 

...I was thrilled to hear this because the 55+ demographic is the fastest-growing in Sussex County and fairly robust in Kent and New Castle Counties as well. Many of us go to great lengths to stay healthy by exercising regularly, forming good friendships, and enjoying lot of fresh food raised right here in Delaware. Unfortunately none of us are made of steel, so we’ll never be able to completely avoid falls, injuries or bouts of illness. So having great healthcare close to home is yet another reason to celebrate our Delaware lifestyles.

I often tell people that even though we’re realtors, our top job isn’t to just sell you a house. Our mission, shared by everyone on our team, is to do all of the many things it takes to help you find the house that’s truly right for you. Ditto if you’re selling. We know the builders. We know about the incentives they’re offering. We know the lenders and home inspectors and settlement companies that have the strongest reputations for top flight service. And we’re absolutely committed to excellent service at every step of the buying and selling process.
