One of my favorite New Year’s resolutions is my commitment to volunteer more, give more, and do more to spread kindness through everyday actions. As a result we have tremendous flooding in low-lying areas, with long stretches of roads either closed or significantly limited in the amount of traffic they’ll accommodate. On days like this it’s fairly easy for us to convince homebuyers to get the facts about flood insurance because these familiar places are literally underwater.
Unless you’re looking for something different. A quiet evening with a smaller group of friends and family, perhaps, with a special dinner and simpler entertainment . . . or even a bigger group of friends and neighbors brought together for a more reflective experience.
What’s always mattered most about our life in Delaware is the broad range of opportunities we have to enjoy nature, entertainment and culture, and the simple pleasures of good friends and neighbors.
