Active Adults Realty owners Kathy Sperl-Bell, Broker and Bill Bell, Associate Broker are pleased to welcome Amy Kellenberger, REALTOR and Helen Garton, REALTOR, to the Team at Active Adults Realty in Delaware. With the addition of these two experienced REALTORS, the company now has 19 licensed agents covering all of Delaware.
Amy joined Active Adults Realty in January 2019, after 17+ years in the Real Estate Industry. She has experience working with both local and national home builders where she assisted in plan design, lot/home packages, marketing & more! Customer satisfaction is most important to Amy and she has earned the respect of her clients by working effortlessly on their behalf and being responsive to their needs.
Amy is an active member of the Womans Council of Realtors and currently holds these key designations Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) & Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS).
Amy has lived in the Lewes/Rehoboth area for over 20 years and currently resides in Milton with her spouse Matt, who is retired Air Force.
After five years with a large brokerage, Helen Garton decided it was time for a change; and Active Adults Realtys focus on active adults prompted her to take the leap. Helen joined the Team in March 2019.
Helen is a native Delawarean with family roots in Middletown dating back to the early 1800s. After more than 15 years in Maine and 20 years in the DC Metro area, she is happy to reside again in her hometown.
Helen is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a Federal retiree with a specialization in IT and Project Management. She applies her business background and her exceptional attention to detail to what she calls a client-centric philosophy; that is, putting her clients in a home that is best suited for their current and/or future needs.
Helen holds a business degree from Southern New Hampshire University, an MBA from Strayer University and a Doctorate in Management (DM) from the University of Maryland University College. She is a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Pricing Strategy Advisor, and an At Home With Diversity specialist (AHWD).
