In January 2019, I made the decision to join Active Adults Realty. After 20 years in the Real Estate Industry, working with buyers and sellers, I felt this move would allow me to help others and grow in my career. My years of experience have led me to take on a more extensive role with Active Adults Realty as a Listing Specialist, along with working with Buyers. I have had extensive experience with local and national home builders where I have assisted in plan design, lot/home packages, marketing, and more. Customer satisfaction is most important to me, and I have been honored with multiple awards for my efforts.
I have earned my clients' respect by working effortlessly on their behalf and being responsive to their needs. Much of my Real Estate business has been the result of positive referrals from current and past clients. Continuing education and current market knowledge help me stay in touch with trends in the market. I am an active member of the Woman's Council of Realtors and currently hold these critical designations – Seniors Real Estate Representative (SRES), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) & Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS).
I have lived in the Lewes/Rehoboth area for over 25 years and currently reside in Milton with my spouse Matthew, retired Air Force. We are lucky to have my grown daughter and grandchildren nearby and enjoy spending time with them.
When I am not working, my favorite things to do are searching for sea glass and shipwreck pottery, nature photography, antiquing, and spending time with my pet family of 2 dogs and 2 parrots.
