Every once in a while I write a post that’s focused on our essential business – helping people find their dream homes. The topic is top-of-mind right now because the days are rapidly getting longer, reminding us that Spring is just a few weeks away. This year, like every year, that means more homes will be for sale among Delaware’s most appealing communities.
With that in mind, I welcome you to visit our full website HERE and virtually tour the communities we spotlight, which are located throughout the state. In addition to learning about 55+ communities where lovely homes and leisure time are prioritized, you’ll find lots of traditional neighborhoods featuring townhomes, single family homes, and condos.
You can also zero-in to a great community based on your interests, whether you prioritize:
- Easy access to Delaware’s many fine golf courses, including those connected to planned communities along with public courses an easy drive away
- Communities where nature prevails, featuring walking and biking trails, access to bay and ocean vistas, and proximity to our wonderful state parks
- Communities where it’s fun and easy to be active year-round because they feature large pools for lap swimming and other exercise, tennis and/or pickleball courts, and club houses with gyms and active social event calendars.
While you’ll have a lot of fun browsing those communities, you can also use our search functions to find individual listings, focus on your preferred home type (single family, townhome, condo), and check out homes that are under-contract or have been sold to get a good idea of market trends.
