Down 4.5% from 2014, it sure can be harder to find a home today's market.
The National Association of REALTORS recently updated the 2015 Housing Inventory Supply Levels for 2015 versus 2014. In addition to the decrease seen in inventory supply in the 3rd quarter of 2015, October 2015's Housing Inventory Supply is down another 1.4% from September's supply of homes.
"It's not that there aren't homes for sale, but the inventory of the type of homes people want to buy is very low! For our clients that don't want to wait, the choices are limited. My best advice? Be ready to purchase and when you find something you like, don't hesitate!" Kathy Sperl-Bell, BROKER
