Buyers, don't miss out on Delaware's Home Resales! Many people today are looking for new homes and sometimes some real bargain properties get overlooked! Often times, builders and their new home sales people refer to resale homes as used homes.
The Builder's Sales Staff will say things like, Why buy a used home, when you can have a new one?
Now dont get us wrong, we understand that it's their job is to sell you a new home we get it. But don't you wonder if they ever stop to think,
that used home is more than likely a home that "they (that very Builder) just built a few years ago in the same community, no less! I do hope they are not suggesting that the earlier homes "they built" are no longer considered comparable after just a few years of gentle home ownership."
Anyway, the point is; resale homes have some very distinct advantages and you should not just dismiss them just because of all of the builders marketing hype. What is that old saying? Contempt prior to investigation
