If the dogs come along on our house hunting trips, I know the next question might be whether this community or that allows fences in the back yard. Some new home communities and mostactive adult communities do not allow fences and that can be a real deal-breaker for dog lovers. In the information we gather on all the communities here in Coastal Delaware, we do track the ones that allow fences, how many pets are allowed and whether or not they have a dog park.
