The real estate market is back! You can even hear the talking heads on the national news grudgingly admit that homes are selling in all markets. In some markets, prices are even going UP!
In my office, we have all been booked solid and the only day off this Fall was Thanksgiving Day itself! Its exciting and energizing and fun. We listed one home this month and had a contract on it within 9 days. That hasnt happened in a while.
Over the weekend, we were getting multiple phone calls from people sitting in front of two other listings we call those Sign Calls. These are properties that have been listed for months and all of a sudden the activity has jumped dramatically.
All signs point to a great year in 2013. Delaware may be too small to get mentioned by Diana Olick on CNBC so far, but real estate in Delaware is doing well.
