The beautiful and historic First Town in the First State always goes big and bright around the
winter holidays, with lovely downtown decorations and lots of special events. One of the
favorites is Lewes Lights, celebrated by local homeowners and business owners who illuminate
their properties and grand style. Most people do the tour by car since it goes on for miles and
features homes downtown and in the surrounding suburbs, and most downtown restaurants
and shops are open for celebratory meals and holiday shopping. Take a look at some of the
buildings and get a tour map by visiting Lewes Lights.
