Seabrook This new home community is being built by K Hovnanian in the Long Neck area of Millsboro, Delaware. Just down the street from The Peninsula, the exclusive country club on the Indian River Bay, and close to great shopping at the Harris Teeter or Giant shopping plazas, Seabrook is priced just right.
Cedar Bayis a wonderful 55+ condo community in Ocean View, Delaware, only one mile to Bethany Beach. When one of these 2 or 3-bedroom condos comes on the market, it goes quickly. We helped several of our clients buy and sell units at Cedar Bay in the past year.
Hearthstone Manor, located in Milford, is right across from the brand new Bayhealth Sussex Campus opening in February 2019! Here you will find single family homes priced in the mid $200s, villas in the low $200s and some condominiums priced below $200K.
Village of Cinderberryis a charming 55+ community of only 170 homes in Georgetown, the county seat of Sussex County. They just redid the indoor salt-water pool and I hear it is perfect for the morning water aerobics classes.
