As your specialists in relocating to and retiring in Delaware we are pleased to welcome you to our new video series called Ask The Broker.
What is the goal of this new video series? My goal is to share with you questions that we hear all the time from people just like you. We hear questions from people that live in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, everywhere but Delaware. We thought that by sharing some of these questions with you it would help you in your process and perhaps bring up some other questions that you'd like to ask.
It really is important when you're looking at an area that you're not familiar with, to work with people like the real estate agents at Active Adults Realty, that have frankly been where you've been and gone through many of the same processes that you're about to go through.

There's no question that's too silly. In fact, I'm going to ask you some questions perhaps that might be easier to ask you this way than face to face.
