Simply put, I am producing a Real Estate Video Every Day in April!
REVeda is a challenge to produce a video every day in April on topics related to real estate. As I thought about this challenge and started making notes about all the questions we get from both clients and prospective clients, I decided to focus this series on Buying New Construction. For many of our clients, it is really a triple whammy - Retire. Relocate. Buy a new Home.
Sounds easy, or does it? We're talking about a whole lot of change all at once. So you're moving to a new location or at least a new neighborhood and then you decide that you really want to buy a NEW home, i.e., one that will be built for you.
Maybe you bought a new home once before, but maybe that was 25 years ago or more. A lot has changed. So I am going to try to break it down into a 30 part series, one every day in April 2016. As many as 50% of our buyer clients do buy new construction so we have a lot of experience working with people just like you and helping them navigate the process from Day 1 through settlement and beyond.
