LEWES, Delaware - In August, Kathy Sperl-Bell and Bill Bell, REALTORS and owners of Active Adults Realty in Lewes, hosted their 7th Annual Client Party, Live. Life. Local in the Gallery at Nassau Valley Vineyards in Lewes. We all had a great afternoon. This year, we celebrated 10 years in Southern Delaware, two years as Active Adults Realty. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our guests who celebrated with us. It was great to see our AAR family mingling and sharing life locally while getting acclimated to our Coastal Delaware lifestyle, said Kathy Sperl-Bell, Broker at Active Adults Realty.

We filled a full crew for the September 25 Build as well as raising a considerable donation from the group! We are already looking forward to next year! Thomas J. Upon receiving the AAR donation he said, Thank you, Kathy and Bill for choosing us as the beneficiary for your annual client party! Your gift of $500 plus another $405 in donations from your clients and guests, totaled $905 for Habitat, plus a full volunteer crew for the build day and ReStore contributions, as well, equal a huge difference in the life of a Habitat Partner Family.
