Listing a vacant property is always a challenge. Freshly painted white walls and clean beige carpeting still does not photograph very well. I had heard about Virtual Staging and decided to give it a try when I listed a beautiful but empty condo last month.
My camera was not able to get good enough photos so first I had to contact a photographer to take a couple of good shots. Then I uploaded them to Virtual Staging Solutions and waited anxiously for the results.
I didnt really get to find out if it would help sell the condo, because it went Under Contract a few days later! However, it did give me an opportunity to see how it works and I am impressed with the results.
We have always provided Staging Consultation as part of our Listing Service, but vacant properties are a challenge. Now I have a solutions and the next time I am listing a vacant home for sale, Virtual Staging is on my Checklist.
