Builder: D.R. Horton built all of the homes, on lots it bought from the land developer starting in 2017.
Designs: the builder offered seven floor plans, ranch and two-story, from about 1,385 to 2,462 square feet. Some resales list larger, up to about 2,870 square feet with five bedrooms.
Garages and lots: two-car attached garages, with lots of roughly 0.24 to 0.29 acres in the listings we found.
Recent prices: 2025 and 2026 listings have run from about $395,000 to about $462,000. One two-story home was listed at $429,900 in October 2026.
