After living & working many years in MN we finally retired and decided we would like to move near DC to be near my daughter. After much researching and searching, we decided on Southern DE as the best place for our retirement years. Fortunately we found a great team of realtors at Active Adults Realty to help us choose the location and house we dreamed of. Without their help we could not have done it! We contacted Kathy about a year ago about the possibility of us moving to the Lewes DE area. She responded quickly to our request and when my wife and I decided to see the area for ourselves she helped set everything up to have a meeting with her. She assigned Elliot to show us around the area and show us properties that we might be interested in. He was great to work with. When we finally decided on our home Elliot was on it. He did an awesome job for us keeping us posted on the progress of our home by sending us weekly photographs and emails. He was a pro and we wouldn't know how we would have done it without him. Bob and I are totally interested in being part of this trend (retiring to Delaware). We are working on getting our home of 34 years ready for sale. It doesn't need too much work, but you know how it is.
