Thank you Audrey for spending the better part of your day with me several weeks ago visiting some 55+ communities in Delaware.  After visiting these properties, I listed the pro’s and con’s of a move.  Financially, I think it’s best for me to stay in my home and start the reverse mortgage process on it. Most of the upgrades I wanted for my home are completed, and it makes sense to sit back and enjoy it.  As for family, my two sisters are located about 45 minutes from me each way, and I want to stay near them particularly since none of us are getting any younger.
