When my adult siblings and I decided we wanted to spend more time with our father, we knew he needed to move to a bigger home that we could all get to easily. My siblings and I wanted him to be in an area that was packed with amenities, nature activities and shopping so that each time we visited our father, would be full of fun family time. Excellent communication

After renting in the Bethany area for 40 years, we began a search by looking at the many new home builder models in the Ocean View, Millville area. We chose Active Adults Realty because they have a special interest in their Baby Boomer Clients helping them through the search for a home, community, and location that meets each client's needs. The agency offers insight for relocation, and information needed to make that move. We planned a weekend to review the builders and model homes we had an interest in. The next day we met with Active Adults Realty to see some available resales. Active Adults Realty was patient, getting to know us while having conversations about what we were looking for. Active Adults Realty spent the day driving us around the communities sharing their knowledge of each. By the end of the day we had found a place both my husband and I said "this is the place". Active Adults Realty was with us and the Sales Representative for a new build working through the details to work up a price and negotiate for the home we liked. Active Adults Realty are great people, who has been available by email or phone to answer any questions we may have. Working with us through the buying process to closing, Active Adults Realty's wealth of knowledge has proved to be beneficial.
