Schools: Indian River School District. Confirm school assignments with the district for any specific address.

Ocean View Beach Club has a homeowners association that runs the clubhouse, the pool and the common grounds.
What the fees cover: the clubhouse, fitness center, pool, sports court, trails and common areas. What else is included, such as lawn care, can differ between single-family homes and townhomes.
