We do all types of mortgages, but we SHINE when it comes to 2nd home buyers.  I am sure you’re aware how the 2nd home rates are about 1-1.50% higher than Primary home rate.   Our Bank gives us the ability to finance 2nd homes using our Primary home rates.   We are using portfolio funds and holding our loans in house.  The product is 20% down, 30 year fixed and we do Single Family, Condos and consider non-warrantable condos as well.
