This was the smoothest and most pleasant home buying experience I have ever had (this was the 3rd). We worked with Fran Balinskas, and from the first phone call through closing (and beyond!) and she couldn't have been more accommodative to our limited schedule and ongoing questions and considerations. From taking us around to different areas, communities, to restaurant recommendations, and even meeting us after her personal event on a Saturday evening to make sure we were able to see the house we wanted while we were in town...just fantastic overall! Once our offer was accepted she also introduced us to a great mortgage broker and fantastic law firm, each of which (whole teams of people) were pleasant, well coordinated, knowledgeable, and responsive to ensure the closing process was efficient, and most importantly....not at all stressful. Missy Graver gets all the credit for figuring out before we did, the type of DE community we were most likely to be interested in despite our large list of uncertainties. She was also able to create a composite out of our housing preferences and contradictions to help find the perfect home in that the right location. Most was done remotely (!) and when we finally visited she helped with a very focused and busy day to let us arrive at what turned out to be her first choice for us. Missy is not the type of person who will dismiss your ideas to make a sale but she clearly knows her market areas and can work with you to keep you focused and honest about what you are after. She was quick and thorough in responses to our questions and helped provide all sorts of support documentation whenever we asked for something.
