We worked with Ron Mercante to buy a house this past summer, and he did an excellent job for us! We were purchasing a house from1000 miles away and he made himself and the potential sites accessible to us long distance. He helped us find a house that met our needs (and wants) financially, location wise, and aesthetically, a house that will be practical for us and our family now and in the future. We had some specific (and maybe difficult) requirements, and he was very flexible finding us options and ways to view the houses from out of state. He helped us handle multiple things long distance, and set up the inspection and closing around our schedule.
When we met him in person we found him to be very kind, personable, and more helpful than we could have hoped for.
