I'm usually very leary in requesting information online, but I definetly made the right decision with contacting Active Adults Realty. Right away they put me in touch with our wonderful realtor, Missy Graver. We live out of the state of Delaware and had never even visited the state before. Missy set up a meeting with us, we met and immediatley formed a great relationship. She took us all over numerous times, listened to our wants and desires in the type of community that would meet our needs. She gave us her genuine input and advised us when it came to the different areas in Delaware as well as the types of communities. We had some great laughs and really got to know Missy and we feel that we not only met a new realtor, but made a great friend as well! Missy Graver gets all the credit for figuring out before we did, the type of DE community we were most likely to be interested in despite our large list of uncertainties. She was also able to create a composite out of our housing preferences and contradictions to help find the perfect home in that the right location. Most was done remotely (!) and when we finally visited she helped with a very focused and busy day to let us arrive at what turned out to be her first choice for us. Missy is not the type of person who will dismiss your ideas to make a sale but she clearly knows her market areas and can work with you to keep you focused and honest about what you are after. She was quick and thorough in responses to our questions and helped provide all sorts of support documentation whenever we asked for something.
