Elliot Welan did a fine job selling our house. He guided us through all phases of the process, from staging to the final paperwork, in a timely and effective manner. I might mention that he also helped us find our new house. Thank you, Elliot. We love our new house, and we are relieved to have sold the old one!

We contacted Kathy about a year ago about the possibility of us moving to the Lewes DE area. She responded quickly to our request and when my wife and I decided to see the area for ourselves she helped set everything up to have a meeting with her. She assigned Elliot to show us around the area and show us properties that we might be interested in. He was great to work with. When we finally decided on our home Elliot was on it. He did an awesome job for us keeping us posted on the progress of our home by sending us weekly photographs and emails. He was a pro and we wouldn't know how we would have done it without him. We had a real positive experience dealing with Active Adults Realty.

Just wanted to take a moment and tell you how wonderful and professional Elliot Welan was on our visit this weekend. Elliot provided my wife and I a wonderful experience with our visit to your area. Even though we were not buying today, he spent the time and effort as if we were. My wife and I were so pleased with Elliot, we gave his card to a couple at the Bed & Breakfast where we were staying. They are actually looking to buy now and have been going out on their own. This was a return trip for them. They also realized going out on their own was the wrong approach. I feel positive they will contact Elliot, especially after my rave review.

Bob and I are totally interested in being part of this trend (retiring to Delaware). We are working on getting our home of 34 years ready for sale. It doesn't need too much work, but you know how it is.

By the way, we really enjoyed our day with Elliot Welan. We learned so much abaout Delaware and he is so patient. Looking forward to working with him through this process.
