As a Owner / Broker of Active Adults Realty, our team has access to the tools and resources to get the job done from start to finish. I have been involved in many aspects of the home building and selling industries. I started working in the building industry in 1981 as a home remodeling carpenter, working my way up through all aspects of the building process from reading blueprints to finish carpentry and final walk thru.
I started working as a REALTOR in 2005 after a back injury that took my services out of the manual labor industry. I quickly became a force to be reckoned with starting with my first Brokerage in Dover, Milford, Harrington and Seaford offices, learning the market from Smyrna south. Upon moving my license to my second Brokerage in Lewes, I became the 3rd in closed seller units, 3rd in closed seller volume and 5th in closed buyer units for the region. When that Brokerage announced their pending closing I moved my license to RE/MAX and grew from being an agent that has held the coveted Executive Club award from my first year with RE/MAX in (2009) , thru 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 then to the 100% Club in 2014 to the eventual Broker/Manager of the office for 3 years. When my wife and I formed our Team and joined our separate businesses to create the My Beach Agent Realty Group it was one of my biggest and proudest accomplishment to date. Now as an Owner/ Broker of Active Adults Realty we have the best of all worlds to continue our journey of helping others with state of the art technology to back our Top of the World Realtors® , staff and family!! It has been said that true luck in life is to never work a day in your life and I believe that when you love your job that is truest, to add working with my wife, daughter, and others that we consider family makes it even that much more enjoyable.
