The Village of Cinderberry is a mature community with only 170 homes just outside the town of Georgetown. The condo fee is now $3,600/year and it includes the 7,000 square ft. community center with an indoor pool and fitness center, as well as a library, multi-purpose room, hobby and game room. All exterior maintenance, lawn care, landscaping and snow removal is included with home ownership. With a variety of 2 and 3 bedroom attached and detached homes, the Village of Cinderberry is affordable and friendly.
Cinderberry has public water and sewer and the town taxes includes trash pickup. This is one of the few 50+ communities that is within walking distance into a town. Georgetown is the County Seat of Sussex County, home to all county administration, the DMV and the County Courthouse.
