Village of Fox Meadow

The Village of Fox Meadow is located in Newark, Delaware, in New Castle County.  When complete there will be a total of 194 homes with a mix of single family homes, townhomes, twin homes or carriage homes with a long list of standard features and energy saving upgrades. Newark, Delaware, is home to the University of Delaware. Downtown Newark offers many fine restaurants and local shops plus you are close to several large malls and shopping centers. If you're looking for a convenient location with easy access to airports, Amtrak and major highways this is a community you should consider.

There are two builders: Gemcraft Homes and now Ryan Homes. Ryan Homes took over the community in 2012 and will be building on the remaining 82 lots. Negotiations with the developer will determine when the clubhouse is built; it will be turned over to the homeowners when the community is built out. There will not be a pool in this community. Please note that the minimum and maximum prices listed above are based on the BASE MODEL PRICE.

All homes come with a sod front yard, a landscaping package and asphalt driveways. Lawn maintenance, trash removal and snow removal are all included in the HOA fee.
