Audrey Hammond

Audrey Hammond joined the Team at Active Adults Realty in 2016 as Licensed Assistant to the Broker, and went on to become the Team Coordinator. In that position, Audrey was the first point of contact for many of our clients. After 3 years in this position, Audrey decided to become a full time REALTOR and begin working with our buyer and seller clients.

Audrey came to Active Adults Realty after a career in commercial leasing and the hospitality industry. Other than a few years attending school in Connecticut, Audrey has lived in Delaware her whole life. That makes Audrey one of the true "native Delawareans" on our team.

She, her husband, Andy, and their daughters Alise and Ann live in Milford, a great location convenient to Southern Delaware’s Beaches with easy access to Central and Northern Delaware as well. The Hammonds are an active family. They are beach lovers and enjoy camping and outdoor activities… all that Southern Delaware is known for.

Audrey earned her REALTOR® license in the spring of 2016 and chose to join the AAR Team. “I saw the big picture and the wonderful opportunity to work with a great group of agents .”
