Marie LaDuca comes to Active Adults Realty from Bergen County, New Jersey. In charge of payroll and collections for her large family tree business, Marie and her husband of 28 years raised two boys, Matthew and Michael.

In 2011, the LaDucas relocated to Southern Delaware choosing to live in Lewes, near the area’s award-winning beaches; to enjoy the slower pace of Southern Delaware life and the bevy of recreational and entertainment venues available here in the first state.

In 2013, Marie started a new career in real estate.
