The Communities
In Sawgrass North, there are single family homes built by Schell Brothers, and they range from 2 to 7 bedrooms and from 1,600 square feet to over 5,000.
Sawgrass South’s Builder offers two styles of home, the single-family and the villa. While a few lots are still available, most homes in Sawgrass South are available as resales and offer irrigated lawns, 9-foot ceilings, and granite counters. The single-family homes range from 1,800–3,600 square feet, with 3–5 bedrooms, and 2–4 baths. They offer open kitchens, wooded views, and garages.
