When my husband and I made the decision to relocate to the Lewes, DE area when we retired, it was based on having vacationed in the area for many years. However, we knew we would need help in finding the right spot. Kathy and team were so helpful to us in that respect. She listened to what we wanted, identified many different alternatives to look at based on her deep experience and knowledge of the area and had great patience as we went through the decision process. In addition, since we sold our former house sooner than expected, she found us a rental house for the interim period while we waited for our new house to be built. We would have had great difficulty doing that ourselves in the short time frame we had. Our questions were answered quickly and we got lots of supporting information about the buying process and the area from Kathy and her team which was so helpful in making our move to the area. The whole experience was positive and smooth from the beginning. We are grateful and happily moved into our new home in a develpment we already love.

After we decided to retire to Coastal Delaware from Colorado, we were driving down Savannah Road, saw that colorful Active Adults Realty sign and pulled right in. Kathy, Bill and Debbie were able to help us find the house we wanted and gave us a really good feel for the area. Wow, how to begin to describe Kathy Sperl-Bell as a real estate agent. Let's see, she cares about her clients, she will do whatever is necessary to support her clients, she will answer questions morning, noon and night, she knows the area, she knows the builders, she understands familial relationships with regards to the buying process, she takes time to understand her client's needs, she will offer good advice as needed and she's married to this dude named Bill who, when necessary, brings a builder's technical perspective to the table in a way I've never encountered before - they are a great team!
