Wow, how to begin to describe Kathy Sperl-Bell as a real estate agent. Let's see, she cares about her clients, she will do whatever is necessary to support her clients, she will answer questions morning, noon and night, she knows the area, she knows the builders, she understands familial relationships with regards to the buying process, she takes time to understand her client's needs, she will offer good advice as needed and she's married to this dude named Bill who, when necessary, brings a builder's technical perspective to the table in a way I've never encountered before - they are a great team! In addition, Kathy is just an all around sweetheart. So it is without hesitation that my wife and I recommend Kathy Sperl-Bell as THE real estate professional to work with in Sussex County, DE.
Kathy and Bill were excellent. This was land purchased with a trailer on it. They had the trailer removed (found someone who took it and used it) then with Bill as my contractor had a Berracah House built. Both Kathy and Bill bent over backwards making sure everything went well. I came down to the house before the electric was installed. Bill brought a generator in case I needed it. Kathy and Bill even brought me lunch one day when I was working there. I feel that I made 2 new friends. I consider myself so lucky to have dealt with these 2 great people.

When we found it was necessary to place our lovely home in Milton on the market for sale, I contacted Kathy Sperl-Bell via e-mail on a Saturday night. It was a hard decision, but it was important to get the house on the market quickly. Kathy contacted me Sunday morning and we had an appointment that afternoon. She was very professional and made us feel we had definitely chosen the correct realtor to represent our house as well as us. She also introduced us to her husband, Bill, who happens to be her business partner. Both partners were very quick in responding to messages.
Bill made us feel special. One night after Bill’s very long day, he stopped at our home to brain storm ideas that may be helpful to us. Our house was not selling and Bill gave us very valuable information. In addition, Bill is a contractor and he was there to help on the last minute jobs that needed to be done before our settlement.
