About Coastal Delaware

Sussex County Rentals

Does it make sense to rent before you buy your Coastal Delaware Home?

Sometimes it’s a good idea to rent for a while. If you are thinking about a move to Delaware but you’re not really that familiar with the area, renting for 6 months to a year is a great way to “try it on” before you make a decision to buy. Or, if you still have a home for sale elsewhere and you don’t feel comfortable buying a new home until your home has sold, renting may make sense. In some cases you can even negotiate a lease/purchase or rent to buy agreement where a certain percentage of your rental payment will be applied to a down payment if you do elect to purchase that particular home.

If you are interested in possible rental properties in Coastal Delaware, contact us and tell us about your requirements. Although we are not Rental Agents, we can probably direct you to people that can help you.
